This project entails the construction of a three-level underground parking facility spanning nearly 1 million square meters, accommodating approximately 10,500 vehicles. The facility supports a mixed-use district featuring luxury hotels, retail spaces, offices, and residential units, all designed in the traditional Najdi architectural style.
